EXTENSIONS

Beaded Row Extensions

The beaded row extension is our method of choice. Our artists are certified in multiple methods and your appointments will be customized entirely to you as determined by your stylist based off of your hair density, head shape, scalp elasticity, and desired end goals. Before scheduling your install appointment a thorough consultation will be done to give you an exact price quote for the cost of hair and the install service.

We use 100% ethically sourced human hair and maintain a wide range of colors and textures with the highest quality available on the market. Our priority is to help you maintain optimal health of your natural hair and scalp, maximize comfort and instantly boost your confidence.

READY FOR YOUR DREAM HAIR?

The first step is to book an extension consultation, at this appointment your stylist will color and texture match you to your hair, recommend the number of rows, and give you an exact price quote.

Your install appointment is designed to help you protect your investment

First time extension clients can expect to invest anywhere from $1200-$4500 on your initial appointment and spend anywhere between 2-8 hours with your stylist depending on your starting point and desired end results. What does this mean for you at your appointment?

100% ethically sourced human Remy hair that has been custom colored to perfectly match your natural hair's color, texture and density.

A carefully placed beaded foundation to which your wefts are sewn in a manner that will be comfortable, flat, flexible, and most of all undetectable.

A blending haircut that will marry your natural hair into your wefts to seamlessly mimic your hair, but better!

A teaching experience from your stylist so that you are best prepared to enjoy your extensions out in the real world (but promise, no one else will know unless you tell them!)

We treat every maintenance appointment as a reinstall

At every move up you can expect a full removal of your wefts and beads, a check in to ensure the past 8-10 weeks your extensions were comfortable and undetectable, a shampoo and scalp massage while your wefts are being custom colored for the perfect blend followed by a finishing style and any products your artist may recommend for home care.

AFTER CARE

WASHING

(all product that we recommend can be purchased at witch hazel)

  • Before you hop in the shower brush your hair completely to avoid locking in any matting or tangling with your recommend extension brush.

  • When you shampoo we recommend doing so twice, once to remove impurities and product build up and the second to hydrate your scalp and hair. Your stylist will recommend what they feel is best for your home care but we love the Supershine shampoo from Oribe or Acidic Bonding Concentrate from Redken.

  • Thoroughly cleanse in between wefts rinsing well in-between (this is important to avoid itchiness due to product buildup). Work conditioner through your wefts and natural hair to ensure all hair is being properly treated and completely rinse from your scalp and ends. We recommend shampooing 1-2 times per week.

  • Use a moisturizing detangling spray as recommended by your stylist after lightly towel drying your hair followed by a heat protectant.

BRUSHING

  • When brushing start at the bottom and work your way up, always supporting your rows especially your front corners.

  • It is extremely important to brush your hair thoroughly in the morning and before bed at night to avoid matting as this can cause irreparable damage to your extension hair and potentially cause breakage in your natural hair. Unfortunately if extension hair is excessively matted it may need to be replaced at your next appointment.

  • Brush each row individually, check to make sure that there is no tangling at the very top of the weft, especially during winter months when sweaters are coats worn.

  • If you notice excessive tangling and are not successful in detangling yourself please contact the salon so we can assist you to avoid any unnecessary damage that may occur to your scalp and/or hair.

DON'TS

  • Go to sleep on wet hair

  • Use sunscreen containing avobenzone: zinc based sunscreens only!

  • Heat styling above 320 degrees.

  • Leave hair in a ponytail or the bun of doom for multiple days. Always take your hair down and thoroughly brush and reapply serum before putting it back up.

  • Ghost your move up appointment, it is very important to the health of your hair and scalp that you come in for your scheduled maintenance appointments or schedule a removal if you need to take a break.
