WITCH HAZEL POLICIES

​CANCELLATIONS

We require an active credit card on file for all clients to reserve any appointment at the time of booking in the event that we need to enforce our cancellation policy. We require 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments modified or cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a 100% charge of your booked service. These policies and charges compensate our stylist for their time and protect the integrity of their schedule. We sincerely thank you for understanding. CORRECTION/REFUNDS 

We want you to thoroughly enjoy your service experience and to be in love with the final product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your date of service. Our management team will take note of your concerns and will get you rescheduled for any corrective services, if necessary. While we do not issue refunds, your original stylist will work with you to resolve any issues and help you achieve a look you’ll love! Please call or text us with any questions.

Product Purchases: If you don’t love a product you’ve purchased, you ay exchange it within 7 days of purchase for another product.

 

LATE POLICY

If you will be late to your appointment, we ask that you please call or text the salon to notify us immediately. Your stylist will be consulted about your arrival time and will do their best to provide your service in the time available. If your late arrival makes it so that your stylist cannot accommodate your booked service and will need to reschedule, we will issue a 50% charge of your booked service. If your late arrival will result in a reduction of the services your stylist can provide, your service charge will still reflect your original service(s) booked. We do understand that unavoidable emergencies come up and we will do our best to work with you, we value your time and ask for the same respect in valuing yours. 


CHILDREN/GUESTS

We love hearing all about your littles, however Witch Hazel is designed to be a relaxing and luxurious experience for our guests. For the safety of any child under the age of 14 and allowing for a peaceful environment to our guests and staff, we kindly ask that you not bring your children to your appointment or our waiting area. If rescheduling due to not having childcare is needed our cancellation policy services will apply. In addition, we ask that if you bring a guest along with you to your service, that they stay in our waiting area as we will not have room on our salon floor. Thank you for your support in maintaining our space, we look forward to pampering you!

 

 

EXTENSIONS

Before scheduling an install appointment a thorough consultation will be completed with one of our extension artists, the quote for the cost of hair and the appointment will be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance. We utilize the best quality hair on the market and our team is trained to work with the extension hair to protect your investment, if you have your extension hair serviced outside of Witch Hazel we can no longer guarantee the quoted life span of that hair. Hair extension deposits are required to schedule the install service and are non refundable.

COVID 19

We take our community’s health and safety very seriously and are working diligently to provide a safe and sanitary environment for our staff and guests. Currently, we are not requiring clients or staff to wear a mask during hours of operation. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask during your service we encourage you to do so! In the case that you have tested positive for Covid but feel well enough to come into your appointment, we will require you to wear a well fitted mask while inside of the salon. If you do not feel well enough to make it to your appointment, a 48 hour notice is still required to avoid any cancellation charges.
