Covid 19 

We take our community’s health and safety very seriously and are working diligently to provide a safe and sanitary environment for our staff and guests. Currently, we are not requiring clients or staff to wear a mask during hours of operation. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask during your service we encourage you to do so! In the case that you have tested positive for Covid but feel well enough to come into your appointment, we will require you to wear a well fitted mask while inside of the salon. If you do not feel well enough to make it to your appointment, a 48 hour notice is still required to avoid any cancellation charges.

 

Cancellations

To reserve any appointment, we require an active credit card on file. We require 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments modified or cancelled after that 48 hour window are subject to a 100% charge of your booked service. Cancellations 24 hours before, along with same day cancellations and no call no show to your appointment will be issued a full charge for the missed service. These policies and charges compensate our stylist for their time and protect the integrity of their schedule. We sincerely thank you for understanding. Correction/Refund 

We want you to thoroughly enjoy your service experience and to be in love with the final product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your date of service. Our management team will take note of your concerns and will get you rescheduled for any corrective services, if necessary. While we do not issue refunds, your original stylist will work with you to resolve any issues and help you achieve a look you’ll love! Please call or text us with any questions.

Product Purchases: If you don’t love a product you’ve purchased, you ay exchange it within 7 days of purchase for another product.

 

Late To Appointment

If you will be late to your appointment, we ask that you please call or text the salon to notify us immediately. Your stylist will be consulted about your arrival time and will do their best to provide your service in the time available. If your late arrival makes it so that your stylist cannot accommodate your booked service and will need to reschedule, we will issue a 50% charge of your booked service. If your late arrival will result in a reduction of the services your stylist can provide, your service charge will still reflect your original service(s) booked.


Children/Guest 

Our salon does not offer children’s services. As our salon setup can be dangerous, our space is not a kid friendly environment. Please do not bring your child with you to your appointment, or we may need to reschedule your appointment. Cancellation policy service fees will apply in these circumstances.

 

 

Extensions

Please note that the quote from extension consultations are valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance. We will not color, move up or reuse any extension hair that was NOT purchased here at Witch Hazel. If you have purchased hair through us and get it serviced outside of Witch Hazel, we can no longer guarantee the life of that hair. 

Once a deposit for extension hair is placed or extension hair is purchased from Witch Hazel Salon, it is non refundable.
